Afrobics a rhythmic movement based cardio program aimed at improving endurance and overall wellbeing. An electrifying fusion of high tempo aerobic movement with Afrobeat rhythms. Blending with cool down dance routines targeting 10,000 steps and burning those unwanted calories.
